Lodging:
All hotel reservations will be made by SAMHSA through Educational Services, Inc. (ESI). Please indicate your sleeping room preferences when registering. A conference rooming block has been arranged at a conference rate of $103, plus tax, per night (which is the Government per diem rate) at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center. The ESI logistics team will send you a hotel confirmation number after registration approximately 1 to 2 weeks prior to the meeting date. Please do not call the hotel to book your own room; your sleeping room needs will be addressed online. Please note that you will be asked to provide a credit card online when you register, but will not be billed until your arrival. If you need to cancel, please let Tara Haag (tarah@esi-dc.com) know at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. Otherwise the hotel will charge your credit card for one night's stay.
