Asian American and Pacific Islander Initiatives by Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act Grantees	2013
	The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) supports campuses, states, and tribal communities to support suicide prevention work, as authorized by the Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act. This publications provides eight examples of suicide prevention initiatives by Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) grantees that emphasize preventing suicide among Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AA/PI).
Comparison table of suicide prevention gatekeeper training programs	2009
	A comparison table of programs that are listed and described in the SPRC/AFSP Best Practices Registry. Viewers can click on the title of each program to read more information about it. Each program is described in terms of requirements, audiences, highlights and program objectives. This chart was originally created in 2006 with the Louisiana Spirit Suicide Prevention Summit Meeting planning committee and is continually updated by SPRC.

Guidance for culturally adapting gatekeeper trainings	2013
	This tool provides a series of questions to guide the cultural adaptation of gatekeeper traning programs and so improve the community ownership, utilization, and effectiveness of the training. Questions in the areas of training delivery, shared group considerations, and follow-up and referral network are included.
Preventing youth suicide in rural America: Recommendations to states	2008
	SPRC and the State and Territorial Injury Prevention Directors Association formed a workgroup to generate recommendations to prevent suicide among rural youth. This report details the recommendations for state-level agencies to address promoting help-seeking behaviors, data and surveillance, services, screening and identification, gatekeeper training, bereavement, and survivor issues.
Recommendations for: Youth suicide prevention training for early identification and referral (gatekeeper training)	2011
	These recommendations were developed for SAMHSA grantees and others interested in implementing community-based youth suicide prevention training. Recommendations are intended to specifically address gatekeeper training that is designed to equip members of the community to identify youth with an increased potential for suicide and refer them to appropriate sources of help.
