This toolkit of resources and best practices was created to help facilitate data sharing and linkage among state/local health departments and tribal entities. While the toolkit is intended to improve public health surveillance in Indian Country, it can address health inequities, enhance collaboration among state, federal and tribal partners and ultimately contribute to the broader effort to improve the health of AIAN populations.
