The SPRC Website (excluding links) is controlled by EDC and operated by EDC from its offices in and around Newton, Massachusetts. While EDC has made no effort to publish the SPRC Site elsewhere, because this Site is published on the World Wide Web it is accessible in all fifty states and other countries.
